For more than 30 years, I've been drawn to seeing what a business, property, organization or community could become.
Sometimes that meant recognizing opportunity where others saw limitations. Other times, it meant helping an established organization find new direction, bringing businesses together or developing a vision that initially seemed beyond reach.
The settings have changed, but the work has remained remarkably consistent: see the opportunity, bring the right people together and help build something greater than what existed before.

A Record of Building.
At VPE Global, I helped lead a period of renewal and growth as the company expanded from approximately 14 employees to 80.
More recently, working alongside ownership at The Spa Man, we expanded from one location to four through acquisitions and new market expansion.
As Mayor of Granby, Colorado, I lead revitaliation that included $120 million in economic development, significant workforce housing, and the preservation of more than 700 acres. The town became debt-free with more than $12 million in reserves.

My career began as a contractor and eventually led into real estate development, entrepreneurship, CEO leadership, real estate development and public service.
I've invested my own capital, led organizations, worked through difficult decisions and carried responsibility for outcomes affecting employees, partners, investors and communities.
Those experiences have taught me that vision alone isn't enough. The right relationships, sound judgment and willingness to move ideas forward is what makes the difference.
